EPIC to sue DOA, says beaver-killing program is harmful to endangered salmon.

ARCATA, Calif. — A Northern California environmental advocacy group said Wednesday it plans to legally challenge a federal program that allegedly harms endangered salmon by needlessly killing beavers.
