Nature enthusiast and aspiring know-it-all.

Originally from the Austin area, I completed a bachelor's degree in Environmental Management and Protection with a minor in Geology at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 2020. I worked as a habitat restoration intern at Pinnacles National Park doing invasive weed removal and botanical surveys after graduating. More recently, I completed my Master's of Geology at CSU Northridge, where I studied the effects of monsoon precipitation on the expansion of C4 grasses throughout northern Argentina using stable isotopes from paleosols as a proxy.

I am currently in the environmental consulting field doing both geological and botanical work across California.

In my free time, I enjoy painting, gardening, botanizing, birding, bug-chasing, and rock climbing.
