I am a plant biologist, interested to learn more about biodiversity and identification of any species, not only plant species. I find this activity with iNaturalist particularly interesting as it is a way to continuously exercise our abilities to observe and fuel the interest in technology and nature. It is also a great exercise to continue learning about birds, insects, mollusks, amphibians, algae, bacteria and the like. It is also a fantastic way to find another application to the hobby of photography, not only using our cell phones but also more advanced digital SLR cameras.
