I love all wildlife, but focus on reptiles & amphibians.

I started up KwaZulu-Natal Amphibian & Reptile Conservation, an initiative I run full-time. It is a chapter of the Earth Organization, and an affiliate of the Wildlife & Environment Society of South Africa.

I spend most of my time removing snakes from peoples homes in the Greater Durban Area, presenting snake awareness talks around the province (to companies, schools, communities etc), host snake awareness stands at markets/events, frogging, and more!

I have a particular interest in Black Mambas, my favourite snake (although it is hard to choose!). I am doing genetic studies on them, as well as microchipping specimens caught and released in my local area. I absolutely love working with these misunderstood animals.
