Hello! My name is Jon-Ellyn and I learned about this amazing app through my job as an educator at the Bronx Zoo. We frequently engage guests of all ages in scavenger hunts around the park, learning about biodiversity, citizen science, and how to be investigators of science! We used iNaturalist in the creation of our own bioblitz activity, and it turned out to be a hit! Ever since, I have been drawn to the site to create my own observations and project where I will mirror a similar activity!
