I am an ecologist and amateur nature photographer, working in field ecology in southern Ontario.

I am interested in a variety of biology and ecology topics, and I love being out in the field identifying and observing animals, plants and ecosystems.

In terms of identification expertise, I am most experienced with southern Ontario plants, birds, butterflies and odonates, as well as the acoustic ID of bats. However, I have a bit of a dabbling interest in everything!
