Being already part of the older generation, it is only in the last twenty years that my wife and I have been able to spend our holidays in more distant parts of the world. Apart from the magnificent landscapes, as a photographer I am particularly fascinated by the fauna and flora of our holiday destinations. And although I am a biological layman, I have the ambition to correctly name the plants and animals documented in our travel blog. The internet and Google have already helped me a lot in this respect - with iNaturalist the result can only become better!
