This is a duplicate to ID the insect (wasp?) that is holding onto the abdomen of the bee. My guess is that it is parasitic. The bee seemed stunned and not very responsive to touch.
These are not native but took a dozen photos and always came back Red Mason.
Sitting on the flower. It's like collecting necter.
I caught the bee on this flower, but I didn't take the picture of the flower until after I caught it.
So what's on this flower is not a microscopic bee species, but it's where I caught this bee species.
