Wrinkled Crust (Phlebia radiata)? I think it was growing out of Shore Pine wood covered in sand.
No distinct odor. Cups 1.2 - 1.4 cm across. Stalk 1.3 - 1.9 cm long x 1.5 - 2 mm wide. Spores (19.3) 19.5 - 23.1 (24.8) x (8.6) 9.2 - 10.2 (10.3), Q = 2 - 2.5 (2.6), N = 8, Me = 21.8 x 9.6 µm, Qe = 2.3.
Fruiting on the cut end of a fallen Douglas fir.
Pore layer margin exuding guttation.

Growing on rotting Umbellularia californica log in association with Peniophora. Looks as if there was a relatively mild burn in the area within the past decade. Maybe a low-intensity patch from the 2017 Tubbs fire
Spongy resupinate to reflexed fruit body with tomentose pileus, zonate. Color ranging from dingy grey to brownish with white margin. Hymenophore white to cream colored, with tiny, blunt teeth
Smells like fresh- like “scentless” laundry detergent
Taste indistinct
