Female 'Piedmont Ghost'. Slowly walked ~200m over thirty minutes (8:35-9:05PM). Approximately 3 males and 4 females were seen. Overcast skies, 63 degrees Fahrenheit, no wind, and mGDD from February 1 was ~825.
Found with a group specifically seeking this species with permission from land managers. Female found in leaf litter.
3 male and 1 female 'Piedmont Ghost' was observed. The males emitted a dim bluish glow for several seconds. The female remained constantly lit in the leaf litter. One individual got tangled in a spider web. I removed it and took the photos included in this observation. 65 degrees Fahrenheit, clear sky, no wind, and mGDD from February 1 was ~963.

Not sure what species but least Brook Lamprey fits the range. I wanna say I saw it in late spring last year, sometime around March-may. Found in middle creek by sunset lake
Working hard, moving rocks from the bottom to build its nest.
