Bad photo but positive ID. Dark blue with white patches on the back.
This one is confusing. If I'd seen this critter in Ontario, I would have said this was a Dorcas Copper (Lycaena dorcas). However, my understanding is, Dorcas Copper does not occur in the southern Okanagan. If this is a Purplish Copper, it has remarkably little orange along the bottom edge of the hindwing uppersides. There were multiple Purplish Coppers flying at this same location, and all had the typical orange band on the hindwing. ...? Feedback welcome.
