I believe this is a Sandhill crane due to its red skin on top of its head and beak that extends about 3-4 inches. I found the Sandhill crane near a pond in Florida. The area had no shade and a lot of houses nearby. This Sandhill crane was also long-legged, long-necked, gray like other Sandhill cranes. myfwc.com/wildlife habitats/profiles/birds/cranes/Sandhill-crane
This is an observation of Spanish Moss, a flowering (seed) plant, within the Tillandsia usneoides phylum growing on a tree at the University of South Florida (Lat: 28.062, Lon: -82.416). It has greyish-green stem like structures growing in large masses, sometimes described looking beardlike. The stems are stringlike and are each about 10 feet long.
