ID? Green spider in a shady forest at Jenkinson Lake

What's going on with the abdomen? Oviposition?

Red and black Formica(?) ant - side rear

Ants on a dead log. Many were wandering around the same section of log, but not in a line. Black colored, and much larger than Argentine ants.

Small frogs in a pond at Fremont Weir

Chorus frog

Tree frog on the southeast slopes of Mount Starr King. I saw a small leaping movement out of the corner of my eye, and expected to see a grasshopper. Instead it was a tiny frog!

Newt season at Armstrong Redwoods' bullfrog pond along the east ridge trail. Along with the mating pair pictured, I saw half a dozen or more individuals on the same use trail.

These bearded capuchins (Sapajus libidinosus) live in the Cerrado in Brasilia and are provisioned by tourists around the pool "Agua Mineral" in the Park.

A white five petaled star shaped alpine flower growing in a talus field on the approach to Cloudripper from the north. Inconsolable Range, Sierra Nevada, probably above 12,000 feet elevation.
