Early warning of new invaders given climate change
To add an early warning element to this Arlington Invasives ArMI project, we've added the following species that either have been observed in MA or are predicted to invade with warming associated with climate change.
-Anthemis cotula - Stinking Chamomile - reported as a new invasive present in MA
-Wisteria sinensis - Chinese Wisteria - not technically invasive in MA but behaving as an -invasive in ArMI sightings
Reported as likely invaders by 2050-60 given climate change using this tool: https://www.eddmaps.org/rangeshiftlisting/
