Neighborhood Crows

Light snow in the morning. At some point after noon the sun came out and the temperature rose and the newly fallen snow melted—first from the asphalt street, then the cement sidewalks, and then from other lighter colored surfaces. Because the street was the first to melt it had the first puddles. Our three neighborhood crows dropped down for a drink and to look for edible bits.
