This weekend I didn't visit any parks; however, I plan to go to another hiking trail next Saturday. I still don't have a specific trail in mind, but I plan to get roughly 10 or more observations. It may likely be more since the hiking trail I last visited was more straightforward and I plan to visit a more hands on trail. I plan to go at around early noon where the temperature isn't typically too hot/cold.

You will need to cover a broader range of phyla, most of your observations are flowering plants (angiosperms), so try to include things like ferns, mosses, conifers to touch more different Phyla. A trip to the coast will also increase the number of different phyla you observe, including weird and wonder animals like sponges and jellyfish.
