growbadlands's Identifications

Found in small patches with deeper soil in the Basalt Pillars area. On sat maps, the paler areas with larger visible blobs seem to be mostly or completely Big Sagebrush. Usually on lower ground, though not always obvious why soil is deeper. The palest sat map areas are sand and have a quite different vegetation, mostly on the east side of Rt 243, which Gaia labels as Basalt Gardens.
