In Carolyn Parker’s provisional treatment of Erigeron for the new Flora of AK (below), this would be E. humilis (I think).

Erigeron uniflorus var. eriocephalus- Involucre densely pubescent with soft, tangled villous-lanate hairs; some hairs with pinkish to purple cross-walls, especially toward their base; phyllary tips spreading widely and reflexed at full flowering

Erigeron humilis- Involucre densely pubescent with villous hairs having numerous dark red to purple-black cross-walls, often throughout the length of each hair; phyllary tips spreading-ascending in age, but seldom reflexed
