I live in Santa Clara County, in the Matadero Creek watershed. I am a beginner, and a generalist. I've enjoyed classes on edible and useful wild plants, California Naturalist classes, outings with Grassroots Ecology and Jasper Ridge ant survey people. I've volunteered with the Loma Prieta Sierra Club Inspiring Connections Outdoors, bringing young people on hikes in the Santa Cruz Mountains. I've also volunteered with Keep Coyote Creek Beautiful, bringing parents and children for nature walks in Coyote Creek Valley.
