Places for Penguins Island Bay

The project 'Places for Penguins' is a subsidiary branch of the Forest and Bird Places for Penguins project. It is one of the Society of Conservation Biology VUW's main projects and is focused on the Island Bay/Houghton Bay area. We monitor nest-boxes, organise beach clean ups, and look at issues that those little blues are facing in this area. To understand population numbers and ecology of these taongo species - we need your help! So please join us by submitting any observations of little blue penguins in Island Bay, South Coast, Wellington.
