Found this paramecium in the water sample given to me from a friend at ACC while we looked for protists for biology lab! He said he found it near a creek in Austin close to where he lived downtown.

Found this guy fluttering my grandmas flowers! I tried snapping a quick picture because it was a beautiful day outside but their so quick when they sense a person near! Around 5 inches in length and around the size of a golf ball!

This little guy just landed on my wrist and I snapped a quick picture on the way to summer school at ACC. Beautiful sunny day with some humidity! About half the size of a penny.
