Resident in Belize, Central America. Currently working with the GIZ Selva Maya project "Support for the monitoring of biodiversity and climate change" and stationed at the Forest Department in Belmopan.

Through the project we organized a iNaturalist training in Chetumal, Quintana Roo: "Taller de bases para la sciencia ciudana" on October 2&3 of 2019. As a follow up we will train further citizen scientists starting with staff from the Belize Audubon, Ya'axche Conservation Trust and Chaa Creek Lodge.

Other than that I have a wide interest but "specializing" in: Butterflies - Rhophalocera, Hawkmoths - Sphingidae, Emperor Moths - Saturniidae, Flora and then specifically: Aristolochiaceae, Passifloraceae and Zamiaceae. Also Amphibians, Reptiles, Birds, Mammals.
