Kia ora. I am Head of Natural Sciences at Auckland Museum. I have a long history of undertaking remote area surveys of fishes across the South Pacific, most recently in the region north of New Zealand. My interests include species distributions, coastal biogeography, and mechanisms of dispersal and migration. I am also a specialist in the identification and ecology of the larval and juvenile stages of fishes.
