Virginia Master Naturalists are a trained corp of volunteers who support the stewardship, environmental education and citizen science work of Virginia's natural resources. The geography of the Northern Neck Chapter of VMN includes: Lancaster, Northumberland, Richmond and Westmoreland counties. Essex and Middlesex counties on the middle peninsula are also included due to proximity.
