I think this is the same situation as https://www.inaturalist.org/taxon_splits/67564#activity_comment_3956043 - ie split worked on a database level but still some out of sync indexes
Not sure if it means anything, but the 36 obs still under 12818 are all IDed to subspecies

@loarie looking through the recent changes, the species and subspecies changes look good, but most of the genus and family splits still have some untransferred obs, as here
