MacGregor Point BioBlitz 2018

Help MacGregor Point Provincial Park celebrate Ontario Parks' 125th anniversary by contributing to the ecological legacy of the park. Participants will complete a biological "blitz" survey of MacGregor Point over a 24-hour period to collect data on what species can be found here in this unique complex of ecosystems. This information is extremely beneficial to our records and future projects. Surveying shifts and teams will be assigned based on experience and expertise. Teams will be sent out at varying times throughout the 24-hour period, depending on the group of species being looked for (example: birds best observed early morning, amphibians best observed at night).
