A Bioblitz is an excellent opportunity for campers, volunteers and researchers to see what species are residing in Killarney Provincial Park. A Bioblitz also allows us to gain a baseline for the biodiversity in our parks. Climate change has become an issue over the past couple years and holding annual BioBlitz's will allow you to see if any species are changing with time. It is a fun day that is open to everyone, no matter your experience, to get outdoors and participate in citizen science initiatives. menos ↑
