I've had a life-long love of Nature, and since moving from Richmond to Virginia's Northern Neck, have intensified my study of this state's Fauna and Flora. Being a painter in oils, primarily of landscape, I've had opportunity to spend much time out in Nature. I became a Certified Virginia Master Naturalist in 2014 and enjoy the volunteer work I do in that capacity . The turning of the Seasons brings continually new and subtle changes in both Fauna and Flora of this area....always fascinating!
