I am a veterinarian and amateur herpetologist currently living in Chandler, Arizona (Basin and Range Province). I grew up on Florida's central west coast and graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in zoology (along with my DVM). Interested in most aspects of zoology and natural history, the focus of my interest lies in fauna and flora best-suited to macrophotography. My wife and I rarely travel anywhere without turning at least a few logs, stones, or old pieces of tin or carpet in search of herps.
