I am a student at Tarleton State University studying population dynamics of Crotalus horridus in north Texas. I am also into insects, particularly wood-boring beetles (Cerambycidae & Buprestidae); I currently maintain a collection of beetles that numbers 20,000 & growing. My first word was “bug” & I haven’t shut up about them since. I reside in the western crosstimbers region of north Texas with my wife & son, a few geriatric snakes & an antisocial cat
