My best guess is these are calls from a family of Broad-winged Hawks begging to be fed. There have been 2 or 3 individuals calling like this almost constantly over the last few days.

This bat had a wound on its interfemoral membrane with a large portion of the membrane missing. The last couple caudal vertebrae were exposed, with some necrotic tissue/ infection present, and the calcar was completely separated from the membrane (see photo 3). Ick - poor bat.
