This is submitted for the White-breasted Nuthatch song but also in the recording are American Robin and Bewick's Wren. More distant sounds are Red-breasted Nuthatch, American Crows, American Crows and even a rooster crow.

Found dead at the base of a large Black Cottonwood tree. It has a folded flying membrane (patagium) on its side with black margin on the dorsal side. The head colors do not match any diurnal tree squirrel.
