This fern was found near a wet and shaded swamp area at lettuce lake park by an alligator at 80 degrees Fahrenheit. It contained many leafy branches, which looked like feathers and the leaves were narrow and small containing no flowers. Each frond was about 1 feet long. The ant was found under the fallen leaves and appeared to have a redish brown body and a black abdomen, and it was about 2mm long. This organism was found washed up near Clearwater beach at 80(F) on the rocks near the shore. They appeared to be bright green in color and had a jelly-like feel to them. They also looked like lettuce. Each one varied in length, however they appeared to be thin. The organism was taken from University of South Florida’s castor beach. The green organism appeared to have a unique shape, it had 2 or 3 pointy tails which could be the flagella. The organism was observed under a 400x total magnification and appeared to be very small. This spider was in the patio on a concealed wall at 85 degrees Fahrenheit on a sunny day. It was a light brown color but had darker spots on it. It’s size was about 6mm long including its legs. Characteristics of the common house spider include that they are yellow to brown, and their legs are yellow to brown with darker rings. It’s leaves were small, green and long. The bird was white and had orange/pink legs. It was about 20 inches in length.
