Description

Crocodile seen on the boat ride from Yaxchilan back to Frontera Corozal. I don't know much about crocodile identification, but the people at the archaeological site said that the species in the area was Morelet's rather than American.

Description

All the monkeys had settled down to rest, so I was surprised when I saw what I thought was another monkey moving nearby. But when I looked closer, I saw that it was not a monkey, but in fact a kinkajou! It stayed near the monkeys for a while and then left.
