Gray Fox Urocyon cinereoargenteus

Observer

apatten

Date

Description

I left a grass specimens I collected for work on an outdoor counter. A nocturnal visitor left this sign from the universe that I am not going to practice keying our grasses this week. The scat was about 1.5-2in, and the counter is 3.5 ft tall which makes me think more likely gray fox than raccoon or rodent.
