Ajija's Day Gecko is new species of Gecko genus Cnemaspis from Northern Western ghat, Mahabaleshwar, Maharashtra, India, by @amitsayyed in 2018.

Scientific name-Cnemaspis ajijae.

Common name- Ajija's Day Gecko.

Type Locality- Beside a dry stream surrounded by dense forest as well as in the human habitation at Mahabaleshwar, Maharashtra, India.

Etymology- Specific eithet is a patronym in honor of Mrs. Ajija Sayyad mother of Author @amitsayyed
