In Massachusetts what am I even going to look for in the winter! I literally have no clue and I don't intend to go cave diving either.

Tracks tracks tracks! :) Lots of critters will still have to be active during the winter, so keep an eye out for animal tracks! :) Oh, and stay warm!
@sambiology Ohhhh yes, how could I forget that! Thank you so much for reminding me! I will be practicing how to look for tracks this year.
We don't get too much snow down here in TX, but here's a pretty good little guide to some of the more common species that you may see in your neck of the woods. :)
