I sometimes see this person flying over me while I'm bird watching, thought they'd make the perfect human observation.
I found this bird thanks to American Crows and Tufted Titmice sounding alarm calls, I sadly couldn't get a better picture due to the density of the tree. When it took off, it swooped inches from the ground and into a neighbors yard somewhere. I suspect an owl from how the wings and tail were shaped, I could be wrong. You can at least see it's beak and some other details. And I'm 85% sure the top of it's body was solid brown, the sun was a bit harsh as it swooped.
